- Enjoy working alongside senior executives and volunteer leaders with professionalism and care
- Write clearly and thoughtfully for executive audiences
- Take pride in running events and programs that feel seamless to attendees
- Thrive in a small, remote team where your contributions are visible and valued
- Care about advancing women in leadership — this mission means something to you

- End-to-end execution of the virtual programming calendar — webinars, speakers, timelines, and follow-up
- Full operational planning for the Annual Symposium (venue, vendors, registration, run-of-show)
- Weekly member newsletter and all programming communications
- Event promotions, LinkedIn content, and registration pages
- Participation tracking and summary reports
- Coordination support for volunteer Operating Teams
What we offer:
- $60,000–$63,000 + discretionary bonus
- Health & dental insurance with employer contribution
- Generous PTO + year-end break (Dec 25–Jan 1)
- 100% remote | Central or Eastern time zone preferred
- Travel for Annual Symposium (4–5 days each fall)
- The chance to build relationships with extraordinary women leading in boardrooms worldwide
